Vacation & Motivation

I have been feeling so gross lately.
Like I need to eat healthier, work out more, and get better sleep...
Booking our trip has been some serious motivation.
(like turning down my favorite meal at my favorite restaurant to order from the "lite" menu.)
I am the WORST at dieting. I have the biggest sweet tooth, I LOVE to bake, and I can't get through a day without Diet Coke.
It definitely doesn't help that there is ALWAYS cookies, pies, and other goodies in my office.

I have 77 days till Vacation.
I want to feel p.e.r.f.e.c.t in a bikini.
I want to feel h.e.a.l.t.h.y.

  1. I definitely needed some workout inspiration. I was doing so well, then I went on vacation. It ruined everything :( hah!


    1. The vacation is all inclusive so my body won't stand a chance. I'm just hoping that I can get to a good place by then and once its over I'll find a new motivation to continue...

      Step one: need to convince my co-workers not to bring in pies, cookies, and doughnuts daily. I have no self control around sweets!!
