St Patty's Weekend

Already MONDAY?! Ughh... weekends go too fast.

Friday night Derek and I headed out to Supperclub in Hollywood for a fun night of dancing and drinking.

We drank too much and didn't dance enough but we had the BEST time.

I finally got to meet my cousin's new boyfriend and he totally has my approval.

We hung out with some old (and very missed) friends and made some new ones.

We didn't get home till 4 a.m. but that didn't stop Derek from waking up at 9 a.m Ughh.

After breakfast, I went over to the tanning salon (I know it is so so bad for me but I need a base 

tan before May so I don't look like a lobster after the first day of our trip.)

I looked like death with my morning-after makeup and comfy clothes.

When I got to the front desk - surprise! - our friend's sister who we met at the club was working.

We had a good laugh remembering (or trying to remember) what happened the night before.

The rest of Saturday was relaxing. Did some shopping, hung out around the house, and went to the market with my love to stock up for the week.

I hope everyone had a fun, drunk, green, safe, St. Patty's Day!

I was adopted and my birth father had some Irish in him so Derek likes to consider this "my" holiday.

We celebrated my heritage with some Green Beer, Friends, BBQ, and finished off the night with a Corn Beef and Cabbage feast <3

59 Days till Punta Cana!!!!!

On the First, Second, and Third nights of Hannukah...

I survived my Monday at the office...barely...

I had a perfect holiday filled weekend!!! 

Friday night D and I went to get our FIRST Christmas Tree 

(that I call my Hanukkah Bush even tho he hates it)

I walked in and wanted the FIRST one we saw... but D made me keep looking.

I played hide and seek in the trees and then we finally decided on the perfect 7.foot.beauty.

We took the Tree to its new home and then headed to Target for decorations.

Derek always gets his way. SO he shot down my "blue and white Hanukkah colors" and

we ended up with Blue, Purple and White lights and Red and Gold ornaments.

(sounds like a mess of color but it came out gorg.!!!!)

Saturday was the First night of Hanukkah!

I bought myself a "Yonana" which is officially the greatest invention ever.

seriously...buy.one.now.

That night we met my family at the Rabbi's house (who happens to be a family friend) to light candles

and then my family headed out for a Hanukkah Sushi Dinner at Kushiyu. Yum.

After dinner D and I headed to my friend's birthday out in Culver City 

(we got lost and I swear we felt like we were in a different country)

We drink, drank, drunk and had the best time!

I woke up Sunday with the worst.hangover.ever. 

We invited Amber (my A, my twin, my second half, you get the point..) and her boyfriend Dennis (who is now Derek's D, his twin, his second half) over to watch Football and Tacos.

I'm not into the football part but I die for the Vallarta tacos...

I hope everyone is surviving their Monday.

Everyone have a good Thanksgiving??

I'm still full from Thursday.

This year Derek and I got to do it all twice.

Wednesday after work we headed out to my parents house for the night.

Thursday morning the Boys (Derek, my dad, bro-in-law, and nephews)

hung out while the Girls (me, mom, and sister) cooked the feast.

After we ate (for the first time) Derek and I headed to his 

family's feast for round 2.
