Punta Cana / Water Park

Water park? At the hotel? Sign me up!

There were a few "water parks" at the hotel for little kids, but there was ONE big enough for us adults to have some fun.

There was NO ONE there when we went. Private Water Park Party for Two!

Punta Cana / Cheeky Shorts are NOT made for ZipLining

Hola! Another post about Punta Cana... The pictures/posts don't even do the trip justice. Punta Cana has my heart <3 Its so dreamy. The water, the white sand, the views, the people, the air (i'm a huge fan of humidity. weird, i know).

Derek and I went Zip Lining in Cap Cana.  I made the mistake of only packing Cheeky shorts for the trip.  I didn't see an issue with it until Zip Lining. We had to crawl in caves and climb up the side of the mountain on ladders and stuff. Derek decided to let ALL the 6 tour guide behind me take a look and cat call as I was bent over in front of them. how ruuude!

Punta Cana / GOLF

Derek is a golfer. He golfs pretty much as often as he can (like every weekend....ughh). When we were looking at the hotel from Punta Cana I noticed they had a golf course at the hotel...and it was included in the all inclusive package!!! I think it was the one thing Derek was excited for (he told everyone he was going to golf every day... *ya, right!*) We paid the extra $35 to check a golf bag and brought our own clubs (renting clubs was $100 a person, not included, yikes). I played a few holes but I was more interested in the picture taking and looking at the amazing-ness around me.

Punta Cana / The Hotel

We stayed at the Barcelo Bavaro Beach (the Adults Only side of the hotel).

Its HUGE! Its all inclusive and there's different sections of the hotel.

Punta Cana is absolutely gorgeous.  I still can't get over how beautiful it was and looking at the pictures i'm still in awe that I got to spend a week there.

* I've never felt a "warm" ocean before. (cross that off my bucket list) Its AMAZING!!!!

I QUIT. 

Its official. 

This is my last week of commuting an hour to work and (up to) 2 hours home.

I just gave my boss my notice.

I'm still shaking with nerves.

On to the next chapter of my life...

Home from Punta Cana!

Hola! I can't believe I'm already home!

Derek and I had the BEST vacation in Punta Cana but it feels so good to be back.

Zip lines, Buggie rides, Cave swimming, Ocean swimming, Tanning, Snorkeling, Drinking, Night shows, Water parks, Golfing.... we did it ALL.

I turned 25 on Friday and could not have asked for a better birthday/last day of vacay.

I'll post more in detail with pics soon. 

And I have some Big and Exciting news to share tomorrow!!!!

Twenty-Five!

Today is my 25th Birthday. 
I'm spending it on the Beach with my Love in the Dominican Republic <3
We come home tomorrow. Booooo.
